His professional journey through the various fields of the tourism industry - from trainee to hotel director in two renowned establishments - has given him a holistic and strategic understanding of the market.

Over the course of his career, Andreas Wormer specialized in complex pre-opening management and successfully led hotel openings even during the critical construction phase.

His extensive experience as a Sales Manager has given him a strong commercial sense and excellent communication skills.

This market knowledge was further consolidated and expanded through his work at a management consultancy in Berlin.

His international experience in Austria, Switzerland and Great Britain gave him a deep cultural understanding and a global economic perspective.

With his dynamic profile and focus on business development, Andreas Wormer looks forward to writing the next chapter of success together with you.

Marlene Fernandes is the embodiment of an effective organizational talent with an eye for detail.

She started her success story in Switzerland, managing restaurants and various housekeeping teams in renowned establishments - including a Michelin-starred restaurant.

She has since applied her extensive experience in the upscale Swiss hotel industry in responsible positions in Austria and Germany. As Managing Director of Mareas GmbH, she is currently putting her management skills into practice.

Thanks to her sound language skills in Portuguese, Italian, German, English and Spanish, she ensures smooth, multicultural communication and barrier-free collaboration on international projects.

With her infectious enthusiasm and solution-oriented work, she finds a solution for every challenge.
